ImageGrafix’s engineering services division is not a generic CAD and design service. It is a specialist engineering practice covering the most technically demanding aspects of plant and process engineering — pipe stress, structural analysis, pressure vessels, heat exchangers, storage tanks, and 3D plant modelling — operating to international standards including ASME, API, BS, and IS codes.

  • Pressure Vessel Design & Analysis Design and analysis to ASME Section VIII (Div. 1 and 2), power boiler analysis, fitness-for-service evaluation, re-rating, fatigue analysis, and finite element analysis for vessels and vessel components.
  • Heat Exchanger Services Design and analysis to TEMA and ASME UHX, fitness-for-service evaluation, tube sheet calculations, re-rating, and life extension assessments.
  • Storage Tank Analysis Design to API 650, roof evaluation, venting analysis to API 2000, tank settlement and re-rating to API 653.
  • Structural Analysis Structural calculations to AISC, IS, ACI, AASHTO, BS, UBC, and API — covering pipe racks, vessel internals, platforms, pipe supports, and structural connections.
  • Hydraulic & Surge Analysis Flow capacity analysis, pipeline routing optimization, pump sizing, surge suppression specification — for ship/shore transfer, pipeline systems, and process plant applications.
  • 3D Plant Modelling Plant layout and 3D modelling — integrated with EAM asset registers for the E2O digital handover.
